  1. Order Process

    Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 1 to 2 business days for processing before your items are shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  2. Payment Methods

    We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Karma, Afterpay, and ACH transfers. All payments are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

    At checkout, you can choose to have your order shipped to your address or opt for in-store pickup at our location in Deerfield Beach, Florida. If you select pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. If you choose to have your order shipped, we will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

  4. Returns and Exchanges

    We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for items that are not on sale. Customers have seven days from the date of receipt to initiate an exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Purchase Receipt must be presented.
